    Quran (Surah Al-Baqarah: 2:282) emphasizes clarity and documentation in trade. Hence, our return and replacement terms are clearly outlined to prevent disputes.

    Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: “The truthful and trustworthy merchant will be with the Prophets, the truthful, and the martyrs” (Tirmidhi). We ensure all dealings are fair, just, and transparent.
  3. Seller’s Responsibility:
    As per Islamic principles, the seller is accountable for the product's integrity until delivery. Any errors, defects, or damages are addressed promptly.

Return and Replacement Policy (7 Days)

Replacement Policy:

  1. Free Replacement:
    • If the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective, customers can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
    • Supporting evidence (e.g., photos) must be provided.
    • No additional charges will apply.
  2. Replacement for Correct Products (Change of Size/Color/Design):
    • If the customer receives the correct product but requests a different size, color, or design:
      • Shipping costs of ₹199 each way (forward and reverse) will apply per product.
      • Maximum charge capped at ₹599 for orders up to ₹10,000.
      • Replacement depends on the availability of the requested variant.
  3. International Customers:
    • Replacements are supported for incorrect, damaged, or defective products only.
    • Returns or changes in size/color are not allowed.

    • Returns are accepted for dissatisfaction, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
  2. Courier Fee Deduction:
    • For Indian Customers:
      • A deduction of ₹199 per product as courier fees applies, with a maximum of ₹599 for orders up to ₹10,000.
    • For International Customers:
      • Returns are not supported. Only replacements are allowed.
  3. Refund Process:
    • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days upon receiving and verifying the returned product.
