(Strictly No Returns / No Refunds)
Effective from 1 April 2025 for all orders placed after this date.

At Muslim Lane, our policies are built on Islamic ethical principles and responsible commerce. We aim to maintain fairness, transparency, and accountability while preventing misuse of return systems that leads to unnecessary waste and operational losses.

For this reason, Muslim Lane follows a Strict Replacement Policy and does not offer returns or refunds.


🕌 Guiding Principles (Based on Sharia)

Transparency in Transactions

“O you who have believed, when you contract a debt for a specified term, write it down…”

We clearly communicate our policies before purchase so that customers make informed buying decisions.


Honesty in Trade

“The truthful and trustworthy merchant will be with the Prophets, the truthful, and the martyrs.”

Muslim Lane strives to conduct business with truthfulness, fairness, and responsibility.


Seller Accountability

Islamic business ethics require sellers to ensure that products are delivered correctly and in proper condition.
If a mistake occurs from our side, we take full responsibility and provide a replacement.


🔁 Replacement Eligibility

Replacement is available only in the following cases:

• Incorrect item delivered
• Product received is damaged, defective, or torn
• Product received is different from what was ordered

Conditions:

• Replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Clear images or unboxing video must be provided
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging

If approved, a replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.

🟢 No charges apply in these genuine cases.


⚠️ Size / Color Replacement (Customer Preference)

If the correct product was delivered but you require a different size or color, replacement may be requested subject to the following conditions:

Applicable Charges:

₹199 Reverse Pickup Fee
₹199 Re-Shipping Fee

Maximum Charge:
₹599 per order for orders under ₹10,000

Conditions:

• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Replacement is subject to stock availability
• Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact

🚫 Products that show signs of usage, perfume, stains, washing, or alterations will be rejected.


❌ Strict No Return / No Refund Policy

Muslim Lane does not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Change of mind
• Dislike of design or style
• Ordering multiple sizes for trial
• Incorrect size selection by customer
• Delayed delivery dissatisfaction
• Personal preference issues

Customers are advised to carefully review size charts, product descriptions, and images before placing an order.


❌ Non-Replaceable Products

Replacement will not be accepted for:

• Customized or altered garments
• Tailored sleeve or length adjustments
• Special made-to-order products
• Products returned without original tags or packaging
• Products showing signs of use

🔹 Exception: If the product is defective or incorrect, replacement may be approved.


📦 Reverse Pickup Guidelines

• Reverse pickup may take 3–7 working days depending on location
• In certain locations, customers may be required to self-ship the product

In such cases, shipping reimbursement up to ₹199 may be provided.


🌍 International Orders

For international shipments:

✅ Replacement is available only if the item is incorrect or defective

❌ The following are not supported:

• Returns
• Refunds
• Size changes
• Preference-based replacements

Customers must submit proof within 48 hours of delivery.


⚖️ Abuse & Fraud Protection

Muslim Lane reserves the right to deny replacement requests in the following cases:

• Excessive replacement history
• Suspicious or fraudulent claims
• Missing packaging or tags
• Evidence of product usage

Accounts found misusing replacement policies may be restricted from future purchases.
