💳 Muslim Lane – Refund Policy

(No Refund Policy – Replacement Only)
Effective from 1 April 2025 for all orders placed after this date.

At Muslim Lane, our policies are designed to maintain fairness, transparency, and responsible commerce, while adhering to Islamic ethical principles in trade. To ensure operational efficiency and prevent misuse of return systems, Muslim Lane follows a Strict No Refund Policy.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and images before placing an order.


❌ No Refund Policy

Muslim Lane does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

All purchases made on MuslimLane.com, mobile platforms, or through our official channels are final and non-refundable.

This policy applies to all payment methods, including:

• Prepaid payments (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
• Discounted or promotional purchases
• International orders

🚫 Refunds will not be processed for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection by customer
• Dislike of design, color, or style
• Ordering multiple sizes for trial
• Delivery delays due to logistics partners
• Customer unavailability during delivery
• Refusal of delivery after shipment


🔁 Resolution for Genuine Issues

While refunds are not provided, Muslim Lane remains responsible for resolving genuine product issues.

In the following cases, replacement will be offered instead of a refund:

• Incorrect product delivered
• Product received is damaged or defective
• Product received is different from what was ordered

Conditions:

• Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Clear photo or video evidence must be provided
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging

If verified, a replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.


⚠️ Payments Cannot Be Reversed

Once an order is placed and payment is completed:

• Payments cannot be reversed
• Orders cannot be refunded or converted to wallet credit
• Refund requests due to preference or order errors by the customer will not be entertained

Customers are advised to review order details carefully before completing payment.


📦 Failed Delivery / Refused Orders

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to accept the shipment:

• The order will be treated as customer refusal
• Refund will not be issued
• Re-shipping may be offered at additional courier charges

Repeated refusal of orders may result in restriction of Cash on Delivery for future orders.


🌍 International Orders

For international shipments:

• Refunds are not supported
• Returns are not accepted

If the product is incorrect or defective, only a replacement may be offered after verification.


⚖️ Policy Abuse Protection

Muslim Lane reserves the right to reject claims or restrict accounts in the following cases:

• Repeated complaints without valid evidence
• Suspicious or fraudulent claims
• Excessive replacement history
• Evidence of product usage before replacement request
