Muslim Lane Refund Policy
Muslim Lane ensures a seamless refund process for its customers, aligned with its Return and Replacement Policy and the principles of Islamic Sharia law. Our refund process is designed to be transparent, efficient, and customer-friendly.
Eligibility for Refunds

Approved Returns:
Refunds will be processed only for returns that meet the conditions outlined in the Return Policy:- Product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Customers must notify us with evidence (e.g., photos) to validate claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Refund for Courier Deduction:
- For Indian Customers:
- A ₹199 courier fee per product will be deducted for returns, capped at ₹599 for orders worth up to ₹10,000.
- For International Customers:
- Returns are not accepted; replacements only are applicable.
- For Indian Customers:
Refund Process and Timeline

Approval of Refund:
- After the product is received and inspected by the Quality Check (QC) team, the refund is approved if all conditions are met.
- Customers are notified via email or SMS about the approval status.

Processing the Refund:
- Refunds are initiated within 7-10 business days after approval.
- The refund amount will be adjusted for any applicable courier fees or deductions as per the Return Policy.

Refund Modes:
- For Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (e.g., bank account, credit/debit card, UPI).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit after obtaining the customer’s bank account details.
Refund Exceptions

Non-Refundable Items:
- Customized products, intimate apparel, or items marked as non-returnable.
- Products damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer.

Rejected Returns:
- Items not meeting the return criteria will not qualify for refunds, and the product will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
